The litigation section focuses on the prosecution and defense of causes of action for breach of contract, breach of confidentiality agreements, non-compete clauses, trademark infringement, and tortuous interference in Virginia state courts. The Firm handles a considerable number of collection issues on behalf of creditors in the counties of Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William and Loudoun.
